CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
All accepted papers will be published online and in the conference proceedings under an ISBN/ISSN. Full papers will be published after a double blind review.
The first version of the proceedings will be available during the conference. However, authors wishing to improve their papers will have the chance to do so and submit their papers until the end of September 2025. The final version of the proceedings will be available at the end of October 2025 .
Selected full papers of the conference will be published in one of our sponsoring journals after a short review cycle.
REVIEWING PROCESS
The evaluation of submitted papers is administered through the EasyChair conference management system. Submitted papers are automatically assigned to at least two reviewers, and all papers are subject to a double-blind review process. Authors resubmit the papers following the reviewers' comments. In case of a split decision, the editor decides whether the paper will be resubmitted and, ultimately, accepted for presentation at the conference.
