To mark the 20th edition of ICESALM, this year’s conference will take place on the renowned island of Mykonos from 1 to 4 July 2026. The conference venue is the San Marco Hotel.
We have secured special rates for participants: Single bedroom/260 euros per night, Double bedroom/270 euros per night.
For all conference participants, the above rates are valid for 5 days before and 5 days after the conference.
Also, free Shuttle Bus service is provided, from San Marco Hotel to and from Mykonos Town, with regular routes operating from 09:00 until 03:00.
RESERVATION METHOD
Each participant may send an email to: sanmarco@sanmarco.gr
and include the Reference: ICESALM with the following details:
– First Name & Family Name
– Arrival Date
– Departure Date
– Number of people
– Preferred Bedding ( Double, twin etc)
The hotel’s reservations department will send an email confirming the booking, as well as a payment link for the prepayment of the minimum deposit, which corresponds to the cost of one overnight stay.
Please note that while the room rate will remain fixed for ICESALM participants, availability is guaranteed only until 30 April.
Please book your flights and hotel room as soon as possible – Mykonos is one of the most cosmopolitan islands worldwide, availability will be limited and prices will rise sharply as we approach the summer season!
